Privacy policy
This is the policy describing what data Kanjistics, Inc. ("Kanjistics," "we," "us") collects, how we use it, and your rights. Plain language — if anything here is unclear, email privacy@kanjistics.com.
What we collect
- From B2B website visitors: contact form data (name, work email, company, phone, message). Plus standard log data (IP, timestamps, page URL, UTM parameters).
- From driver-partners: identity verification data via Persona, vehicle and insurance information, LLC/business entity details, banking via Stripe Connect (we never store account numbers directly), background-check status from Checkr.
- Cookies: a session cookie for the admin app and analytics cookies (Plausible — privacy-friendly, no personal profiles built).
How we use it
- To respond to your B2B inquiry
- To onboard, verify, and engage driver-partners under state worker-classification rules
- To operate the platform and audit our compliance posture
- To meet legal obligations (1099 tax reporting, state filings)
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't use driver location data for surveillance — GPS is read only at block start and end checkpoints, and only when necessary for billing reconciliation.
Your rights.
CCPA, CPRA, and equivalent state laws give you the right to access, correct, or delete data we hold about you. Email privacy@kanjistics.com with your request — we respond within 30 days. Note that audit-log entries retained for compliance can be tokenized but not deleted.
